At Skill Luck Go®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If a product doesn’t quite meet your expectations, we are here to help you get it sorted.

Policy Guidelines

  • Strict Dispatch Window: Returns must be securely packed and dispatched back to us within 48 hours of receipt (tracked from the date and time your package was delivered).

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same original condition and packaging as when they arrived.

  • Exclusions: Sale items and limited-edition drops are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

Please Note: Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs. Skill Luck Go® does not provide prepaid return labels, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Because the 48-hour dispatch window is strictly enforced, you must ensure the shipping courier scans and timestamps your package within that timeframe. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

How to Initiate a Return
