2. Products and Orders

• Availability: All products (including The Warrior, The Kong, and limited 1st Edition releases) are subject to availability.

• Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price.

• Pre-Orders & Limited Editions: For specific limited-run drops, payment is collected at the time of placing the pre-order. Shipping timelines for these items are estimates and subject to manufacturing schedules.
   

3. Shipping and Delivery
We ship globally from different parts of the world. While we do our best to meet stated delivery windows, we are not liable for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or events beyond our control. Any import duties or taxes incurred at destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the highly exclusive, limited-nature drops of our premium apparel, returns or exchanges are generally restricted to manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments. Please consult our sizing charts carefully before purchasing. If you receive a faulty item, please contact us at ejmanau@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability
Skill Luck Go® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
